Be sure to leave a detailed message that includes the specific selection
you are interested in, the pertinent details of your request, and how
best to reach you. We accept Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Personal Checks
(subject to 10 day funds clearance) Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American
Express

Sales Tax
|
|
Sales tax is added to all orders delivered to WA, and is based on the
appropriate rate of sales tax for that location.
|
|
Layaway Policy
|
|
We offer a generous Lay-Away plan for any doll costing more than $1000,
with an initial deposit of 25% of the total cost of the doll. We also require
a written payment schedule to be drafted by the buyer along with the down
payment stipulating how the remaining payments will be divided. Multiple
layaways of no more than three dolls totaling no more than $15,000 are also
permitted. In the event that a Lay-Away cannot be completed or a doll is
discovered to be unacceptable due to flaws not mentioned in the description,
the buyer will receive credit towards another purchase from us redeemable
within one year of the cancellation. The credit may be used toward a purchase
of equal or greater value. If a lesser value purchase is selected, that
selection may be eligible for up to 50% of the credit to be applied
and the remaining credit funds may be applied toward other
merchandise. There are no refunds on layaways.

Return Policy
|
In the event you acquire an antique doll from us on an **outright
purchase and are dissatisfied, contact us by
phone, fax, email or postmarked letter within 48 hours of receiving the doll
and we will refund your full payment excluding shipping fees. It is
understood, of course, that the doll must be returned in her original
condition and attire and packaging. If you do not contact us within 48 hours
of receiving the doll, it is understood by both the buyer and the seller that
the doll is acceptable and a return privilege is no longer available.
These terms apply exclusively to web (email), magazine,
& telephone purchases. Purchases made in person are viewed and approved by the buyer at
time of purchase and are not eligible for a cash refund.
**IMPORTANT: An outright purchase is defined as a purchase that
is Paid In Full all at once in a single payment at the time the doll is
ordered. Payments may be made by cash, credit card or check and must be post
marked or validated within 72 hours of the initial purchase order unless
Beautiful Bebes makes a written exception at the time of the purchase,
otherwise this Refund Policy is not available. The return privilege is
not applicable to layaway's or any purchase not paid for in full all at once
within these guidelines under any circumstance. Thank you for your attention
to these guidelines.

Shipping Information
|
|
We currently ship anywhere within the 50 United States, Puerto Rico, Virgin
Islands, Guam, Great Britain, France, Spain, Italy, and Japan. Please inquire
if you are outside these locations. We typically ship available items within
48-72 hours upon receipt of your order pending credit card authorization or
within ten days of receipt of personal check pending clearance. Your order
will arrive according to the established timetable based upon the method of
shipping you choose. Our standard method of shipping is USPS registered mail.
We also offer EXPRESS delivery for an additional charge. We cannot ship
EXPRESS to P.O. Boxes or outside of the 48 contiguous States. Buyers are
responsible for shipping and insurance fees unless other arrangements have
been made.
