1858-1860 (unmarked). She is on a very special wooden body that has the deluxe articulation so sought after once the original Gutta Percha articulated bodies began to fail. She represents the most desirable original face that was the original goal of Adelaide Calixte Huret inspired creativity. Brilliant coloring and exquisite painting of beautiful features. She is wearing an 1860 costume, original to her era in a charming cotton-print enfantine styling, with a full skirt, fantastic composition of the layered decoration of the pagoda sleeves, and precious gathered pockets meant to hold her hands or treasured gloves. Her red leather belt with golden clasp is one of a kind, and so enchanting. She is adorned with a festive bonnet that highlights her colorful ensemble. She wears a superior kidskin wig with longer curls.
She has an unmarked collarette and yet, she is and will always be the epitome of a fabulous collection. She is a treasure sure to bring years of delight.
