Our Service Pledge
We will attempt to respond to all orders within 24 hours. We travel and exhibit, so your patience is appreciated in the event of a delay. We represent items that are antique, vintage, and collectible. Items will be described as detailed as possible, although issues relative to age are to be expected and understood. This includes routine chips in body paint, minor splits in wooden and composition bodies, etc. Most items we sell are in excess of 120 years old, and this is expected.

 


Return Policy
Beautiful Bebes Antique Dolls & Attic Finds want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that we honor. Please note, all returns are at the sole discretion of Beautiful Bebes Antique Dolls.

 

Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy
Please Read This Carefully:

 

  • Please do not attempt to return an item due to shipping damage. Should it occur in spite of my careful packaging, this must be handled through with an insurance claim. I will be happy to assist in this. Always be sure to retain all original packaging if a claim is to be made, as the agent will request to examine it.


 

  • All items are expertly packed and insured. Our shipments are packed to give the buyer absolutely NO worries about carrier theft or pilferage. Our return address gives the shop-owners name rather than the business name, and no insurance stamps or stickers give any clues as to the valuable contents. Buyer pays shipping, handling, and insurance. We ship items daily (Monday-Friday) via USPS. We will schedule UPS or FEDEX on request and ship once weekly via these carriers. Depending on the size, value, and fragility, there may be a delay to allow adequate time for safely packing your items; we will always disclose delays, if any. We are always happy to email an estimate of time and cost if you will provide your zip code to us.

    **Purchase more than one item at one time, and I will ship them together (if possible) to save you money on shipping.


Shipment: Your item will be mailed after verified clearance of your Personal or Business check (please allow 15 banking days) and after actual funding of PayPal "E-Check" (please allow 5 banking days).

If you pay with money orders or credit cards, your item will be mailed on the next mailing day following receipt of funds in our accounts. PayPal and all credit card purchases will be shipped to verified/confirmed credit card billing addresses ONLY; please ensure that you give the correct shipping address on your purchase order.
We ship worldwide; however, the costs and time involved to receive items may be greater. We do not send as a "Gift."


Restocking Fee
We will not charge a restocking fee for items that are returned due to grossly inaccurate descriptions or flaws that were missed and inadvertently not disclosed. However, returns for buyer’s remorse or any other reason not mentioned above will be charged a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price; this applies to failed layaways as well. The layaway credit will be reduced by the restocking fee.



Layaway Policy
This shop offers a layaway plan for purchases. The Return Policy does not apply to layaway purchases, and Layaway Plans may vary by item. It is extremely important to read and understand our Layaway Plan below and clarify any terms before you enter into a Layaway Plan agreement.

*Down payment applies to the percentage of the order total, including shipping and tax.
**Applies to the total purchase price of the item and DO NOT include shipping/handling or sales tax, which are the responsibility of the buyer.


Other Information
We do offer layaway on some items, and if so, it will be noted in the listing description. If unsure, please inquire before committing to an item as we also represent consignors that, in some cases, do not accept layaway terms. Layaways are not eligible for refunds. Layaway agreements must be made and approved in advance. An item must exceed four thousand five hundred dollars to be eligible for a six-month or longer-term or on a case by case basis. See additional policies in the layaway section above.

Layaway Terms - Please do not create a purchase order until a layaway agreement has been reached for purchase.

Layaway is available on most purchases over $1000.00. Prices are firm on all layaways. The initial deposit is due at the time of purchase.

  •  $1000-$2500 (60 days/3 equal payments)

  •  $2600-$4400 (3 months/4 equal payments)

  •  $4500 up ( 6 months or longer, exceptions made for very large purchases. I am always willing to negotiate a bit longer on very large purchases!)


Equal payments are divided equally between the agreed-upon number of months.

PLEASE NOTE* If a buyer fails to meet the obligations of the terms and conditions of the layaway agreement, a shop credit will be issued in lieu of a cash refund. This credit will be valid for one year from the date of the purchase cancellation.

Payments more than 1 WEEK late will be considered in default and in violation of the layaway agreement. If a difficulty arises in meeting a monthly payment, please communicate in advance so that special arrangements can be considered.
